I’ve had a few updates, and now the VPN service has gone really slow. Because of this dead slow speed, I’m not sure if I should buy subscription for another month. I’ve had this service for about 6 months and things were fine but with a couple of latest updates, everything has become very slow. Can it be fixed soon?January 8, 2013 at 9:55 am #1804
Yes I’m also facing the same issue… Idk when it will be resolved, it’s annoying!January 8, 2013 at 9:56 am #1805
You should contact their customer care (firstname.lastname@example.org). They’ll be able to tell you what has happened and why the connection has slowed down. Updates are done to speed up the process and it is unlikely that an update caused the problem to occur. Maybe there is a problem with the connection. Contact the support and they will assist you.January 8, 2013 at 9:56 am #1806
Hey yeah, you were right. I sent a mail to email@example.com and they inspected the matter, and now my speed is back to normal. Thanks !February 13, 2013 at 3:56 pm #1853
I was paying molnthy for about a year which was much more than paying for 1 year at once. So I ordered 1 year service but they kept charging me molnthy. I tried to disable automatic renewal but every time I clicked disable automatic renewal nothing happened. It is a known issue on their forum but they have not addressed it. Every month I emailed support and all they did was refund the month I was charged. I had to do this EVERY month. I kept asking them to just disable automatic renewal but they never did. I kept getting charged every month.I kept begging them to disable it and finally they got fed up with me and disabled my service without refunding the remaining 10 months I paid for!February 16, 2013 at 5:10 pm #1859
