Originally launched back in 1982, Channel 4 is a British public service television channel that is viewable both on-air and online.
Like the BBC, Channel 4 has a number of affiliate channels:

According to the current licensing arrangements it has in place, Channel 4 is required to block all of its content to foreign viewers. This is mainly because the company hasn’t bought the rights to broadcast its programming internationally.
