Each server allows users the ability to access country specific content For example – our US servers allow VPNinja users to connect to US-only web services such as Hulu, Spotify, Pandora, Netflix and other sites which would otherwise be inaccessible in other countries. UK servers allow for streaming services such as iBBC player.

Speed Test
All VPNinja servers support up to 10MB/s on every connection.
Connection speed from the user to the server is dependent solely on the ISP connection speed supported.
Each user, depending on their location and the server they are connecting to, should execute speed tests. Depending on their ISP routing protocols, some servers may perform better than others.

Peer to Peer policie
VPNinja supports internet freedom and damning the man in all shapes and forms. As such, they have a dedicated server for users to use when they are using P2P technologies such as bittorrent. This server is located in Luxembourg.
VPNinja abides by the laws and regulations in each country where our servers reside. As such, the only server currently supporting P2P technology (e.g. bittorrent) is in Luxembourg in order to avoid complications arising from the DMCA (Digital Millenium Copyright Act) of 1996.
Log Policy
As Ninjas they care deeply about Anonymity. However, in order to satisfy government requirements in some jurisdictions they must log digital fingerprints of connecting IP addresses in order to address complaints (should they arise) from authorities regarding DMCA infractions. They do not, however, relate these fingerprints to usernames and/or identities of any of their users.
All VPNinja users have complete anonymity while surfing or using our service and they do not log, nor share, any web traffic history by any user.
Support
The VPNinja support team is online Monday through Friday from 9 am – 6 pm (GMT +8), and are often online during non-working time periods. They are reachable via email, gchat, skype, and phone.

I’ve been using VPNinja since July and I’ve been really impressed. Everything about it is straightforward, from the initial webpage, to setup (for almost any device you could imagine), as well as the pricing structure, and support. I had some issues and they responded within mere hours – very impressive. Most importantly, it lets me slice the Great Firewall of China as if I am wielding a Katana blade. Lack of support for Dual Stack IPv6 IPv4 support is a major negative. Users on any modern os or smartphone/tablet while on an IPv6 network are not protected by the VPN. Facebook, google, etc are IPv6 enabled and the device will prefer (by standard) IPv6 over IPv4
My Ninja Clan and I have been thwarting Internet Overlords for years using VPNinja.
They don’t throttle your internet connection, so I can stream/download at 1.2MB/s (I have a 10 megabit connection).
I’ve used other VPNs, but, after using VPNinja, I will honor the clan until death.
I’ve only been using VPN Ninja for a month but so far everything has been great. The client was really easy to install and run (just make sure you enable Administrator privileges) changing servers to another location is just as easy so you can watch geo location restricted content like Hulu in the US or BBC iPlayer in the UK. I did have to contact customer support at the beginning but was more then pleased when I received a response in minutes rather than hours.
VPNinja is a great VPN. It supports a ton of servers and gives me fast speeds in China. It is one of the few VPNs which allows me to max out my albeit slow connection in Shanghai, China. They’re based in Shanghai too, so thats a plus. My only suggestions would be to have more servers in different countries instead of a ton in the same country, and that they should have maybe an VPN application for faster switching. That said, they support OpenVPN, which is great. Overall, a great VPN service. It’s cheaper than many others, so that’s a huge upside.
I really like Ninjas OpenVPN support, could not be easier to use. Also the speeds are great – finally we can watch Hulu in Finland! Now just if they would provide me a U.S credit card number so i could buy the Hulu+ Subscription

VPNinja has really impressed me throughout my time as a customer (it’s been a long time already). Whenever I have a query, I receive a near-immediate and personal reply that resolves the concern at hand. Since moving to the USA just over 2 years ago I have tried numerous VPN services. Whilst some have been reasonable to begin with the service has always degraded with time and the customer service has been less than satisfactory. In each case I have ended up switching to s different VPN service. The last one I tried was NinjaVPN and I’m sticking with it. The speed and connection reliability is miles better than any other service I have tried (and I’ve tried a few). It is the only service that has allowed HD content to be streamed live from the UK without issue.
Recently added servers in Luxembourg and another in Japan, hopefully even more to come in the future.
Sometimes need to try several servers before one works well- I assume this means they are too full/too many connections or something.
So my wishlist is for even more servers, and maybe a way to see which servers are under a heavy load at the moment. Is that a thing?
Otherwise, support service is prompt and helpful, the price is good, easy to setup and use and 2 connections at once is super useful.
It just work. Great in China. The speeds are decent, doesn’t max out my connection though but 10mb line is plenty fast. I can use it on my laptop and my iPhone at the same time, which is a bonus compare to other VPN services.

The only reason there are so many positive reviews is that VPNinja gives it’s existing users a free month for doing so – like *many* VPN providers. I can’t be bought off.
I set up a PayPal recurring payment so everything was fine on my end, but twice after 30 consecutive days I was cut off from the service and couldn’t log in, even though the payments were sent every month.
Apparently there was an issue on their end with PayPal payments but it left me for days at a time without a service I actually paid for – until they eventually sorted themselves out two months later.
I appreciate the free months given in return for this but I won’t be using them in the future due to poor reliability, and the Windows client is so basic it can’t even remember my credentials. Too cheap to be true folks. Astrill is a little more but much better server choice and software.
While we can’t fix PayPal’s recurring payment issues all the time, we can certainly offer great customer support.

I was a strong VPN subscriber before but got very disappointed because of the very very frequent drop out/time out. Their support was good but they can’t just figure out what’s wrong. I assume it’s because they got a lot of subscriber that’s why their connection always drop.
I then search for other VPN provider and found VPninja. With VPninja, I got a very stable connection and can’t even remember when was the last time I got disconnected. I love VPninja and will continue with their service because I’m very happy with it.
I went through a whole bunch of VPN services before settling on this one. The others were a real pain to deal with-customer service was always hard as I was always on a different time zone and they didn’t understand what was going on down on the ground in China. Living in China behind the Great Fire Wall is cumbersome to say the least. Never used a VPN before VPNinja so was slightly worried I wouldn’t be able to figure out how to use it properly. In fact, it couldn’t have been easier to setup my pc, iphone and ipad so they all connect to the VPN whenever i need it. Fast, reliable and you can choose which country you want from a few different choices. I’m very satisfied with this VPN and once my year subscription runs out, i’ll definitely be renewing it!
